Services
Whether you’re here for therapy, coaching, a group, or organizational work — my approach is the same: I see you as naturally creative, resourceful, and whole.
You’re not broken, and there’s nothing to fix.
We simply peel back the layers – conditioning, confusion, and survival strategies – to free the grounded brilliance at your core.
What’s always been true finally has room to breathe.
When we bring together your lived wisdom and my expertise, something powerful happens:
we alchemize insight and experience into transformation.
Coaching.
My coaching is for people who are ready to expand—in life, in leadership, in self. This is a 6- to 12-month engagement rooted in clarity, embodiment, and evolution.
You won’t just learn new strategies—you’ll undergo a seismic shift that redefines what’s possible.
Together, we’ll:
Envision the future that calls you
Choose perspectives that set you free
Transform emotion into clarity, energy, and action
You’ll emerge in a different place – personally and professionally – than you ever imagined: more grounded, more powerful, and more fully yourself than ever before.
Bring a topic and experience 20 minutes of real coaching — then we’ll see if we’re a fit and talk logistics!
Therapy.
Is this you?
You’re smart, self-aware and capable — but lately something feels off. Maybe you’re…
The Angry One
Tired of bottling it up, but unsure how to let it out
The Burned Out One
You’re trying it all. Trying so hard. No matter what you just can’t ‘get right’
The Sad One
Carrying invisible weight you can’t name
The Unfulfilled One
You know you have more to offer the world but making your dreams a reality feels so distant
The Scared One
Big T Trauma or little t trauma, you’re always waiting for the other shoe to drop
The Desiring One
Your sex life is important to you but not currently fulfilling.
The Numb One
Going through the motions, wondering when you’ll feel again
The Angry One
Tired of bottling it up, but unsure how to let it out
The Only One
You’re tired of carrying the burden of being the only one — woman, person of color etc.
The Angry One
Tired of bottling it up, but unsure how to let it out
You don’t need a label to deserve support. You just need a desire to feel different—and a willingness to begin.
What I work with.
Depression, anxiety, & burnout
Trauma & PTSD
Identity Exploration
Life Transitions & Existential ‘stuckness’
Feeling overwhelmed by…well, everything
Sexual Health & Wellness
Working Together
Wherever you find yourself here, My therapy is for people carrying more than their share—those shouldering the weight of the world, recovering from the chaos of the pandemic, navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, sexual health, relationship issues, work stress, and burnout, or simply living in a world not designed for them.
How We’ll Work
Some clients come to therapy with a specific goal and prefer a focused, time-limited approach. In those cases, we begin with 12 sessions and a clear roadmap. Others come for open-ended support—like bodywork for the soul—something you return to again and again, because it keeps you grounded and growing.
Either way, we’ll clarify what healing looks like for you and identify meaningful, sustainable ways to get there.
What to Expect
What We’ll Focus On
Therapy with me is both reflective and active.
In session, I’ll support you in exploring your thoughts and emotions with clarity and compassion. You can expect me to be curious on your behalf, to meet your pain with profound compassion, and to hold unwavering belief in your ability to change your life. I will never tell you what to do but I will offer what’s coming up for me to check out with you. I will help you uncover the part of you – your inner wisdom that does.
There are 168 hours in a week—therapy is just one of them. What matters is how you move through the rest: the real work happens outside the room. Between sessions, I’ll challenge you to bring your insights into practice through committed, values-based action.
This isn’t about feeling ‘better’ in the conventional sense – its about getting better at feeling. You’ll learn to sit with discomfort without being consumed by it or cut off from yourself in the process. You’ll grow more present, more self-compassionate, and more deeply aligned with your values. Symptoms may ebb and flow – because life is always ‘lifing’ – but life will begin to feel more livable, more meaningful, and more yours. We’ll get there by supporting you in:
Understanding your emotions as meaningful messengers – not obstacles – about what matters to you in life
Exploring how social conditions shape personal experiences
Practicing new behaviors that lead to lasting change
Building emotional resilience and a deeper sense of agency and sovereignty over your life
My Belief
You’re whole, not broken. Therapy should feel empowering, not pathologizing. Your past doesn’t define you. And you may not have had control, but you do now. Once you take responsibility…Rooted in feminist, decolonized, strengths-based, and liberatory frameworks, my practice is integrative and responsive to your unique needs.

Wbat Modalities I use
About Insurance
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Motivational Interviewing for behavior change
Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma
Mind-body approaches that reconnect you with your whole self
I help clients use their out-of-network benefits for potential reimbursement on therapy based on your plan.
If your insurance plan offers out-of-network benefits, it means they will cover a portion of the cost when you see a therapist (like me) who doesn't have a direct contract with your insurance company. Out-of-network benefits give you the flexibility to choose a therapist based on your needs and preferences, not just those in-network.
When working with an out of network provider, you typically pay for the session upfront and then submit a claim to your insurance for reimbursement. During our consultation call, we can look up your out of network eligibility and your reimbursement rate in real time to help you with your decision making. I can also explain to you my my 3rd party service which submits claims on your behalf, should you be interested in this service.

This is a frequently asked question?
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

a note.
I don’t discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, religion, ability status, nation of origin, or any other protected category. I do work within the bounds of my competence in adherence with the Psychologists’ Code of Ethics. As such, at times, I may offer affinity-based services—such as groups or offerings specifically for certain racial or gender identities—rooted in my training and expertise.
This is not exclusion; it’s specialization. Just as you might see a cardiologist for your heart or a dentist for your teeth, affinity-based services are designed to meet the needs of a specific community with depth and nuance.
Similarly, I may occasionally offer sliding scale or pro bono services to historically marginalized groups in response to well-documented systemic inequities. Prioritizing equity in this way is not a denial of care to others — it’s a recognition of need, much like organizing a fundraiser for prostate cancer research doesn’t unfairly discriminate against those needing fundraising for breast cancer research.
My practice is grounded in both inclusion and integrity. Everyone is welcome — and some offerings are designed with particular communities in mind, because that’s what true equity looks like.
